Scopo Divino has a dual meaning: Divine Purpose, but also as three words it means The Purpose of Wine…thus the tag line “The Divine Purpose of Wine”. Coming up with a good name takes a lot of work, and yes Tim might have been dancing around his house when he came up with this and found the web page available.

We see wine as having an emotional context, it can heighten or change a mood, or simply complement it. Much like pairing wine with food, wine can be paired with emotion. When talking with wine lovers about the emotion of wine, we all begin to make connections from a synaptical level. Maybe we’re beginning to learn more about how we really tick when we enjoy wine together, especially if the wine is matching or enhancing our mood. At the very least it starts a nice dialog that will hopefully lead to memorably good service.
